MY MUM’S BEER:
Ingredients:
2 Cups water

1 stem fresh coriander
1 stem fresh mint
1/4th tsp of fresh ginger(grated)
1/4th tsp fresh turmeric(grated)
pinch of cumin
pinch of Fennel seeds (saunf)
pinch of Carom seeds (ajwain)
pinch of Fenugreek seeds (methre)
1 tsp aloe vera gel
half Neem leaf

Method
Measure 2 cups of water in a pan.
Put all the ingredients in it.
Let it boil till 1 cup of water is left.
Strain it
Sit back and enjoy the beer(early in the morning)….

MY MUM’S WINTER CHUTNEY
Ingredients:
1 medium avocado

1 medium tomato(diced)
3 garlic cloves(diced)
1 lemon(juice)
3 green chilies(grounded)
Pinch of black pepper
Salt to taste

Method
Take out the avocado pulp in a bowl.
Put all the ingredients in it.
Mix well.
Sit back and enjoy the chutney.
